Yes, but only when you book direct (website, email or phone) for a minimum of 3 nights: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the private beach. For stays shorter than 3 nights and from 15/09 to 14/05 it costs €10 per day. When booking on Booking.com or Expedia it costs €15 per day. Beach places are guaranteed from 15 May to 15 September.

It depends on the rate. The Flexible rate lets you cancel free of charge up to a few days before arrival (terms are stated in the quote). The Non-Refundable rate offers a bigger discount but no refunds.

Your room, parking space and beach place are available from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure they must be vacated by 10:00 am.

Of course. If your room is ready, it is yours straight away; otherwise you can check in, park, leave your luggage at reception and head to the beach or pool while we finish cleaning.

Late check-out depends on availability on the day of departure and carries a supplement. Ask at reception the evening before.

Yes, one parking space per room is guaranteed. Parking is private, on site or in the immediate vicinity. As we are in the centre of Jesolo, space is optimised: with a particularly large car you may be assigned a space outside the property, subject to availability.

Yes. The 14x7 metre outdoor pool has a gradual depth and a dedicated area where children can play safely. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with free sunbeds.

Yes, you can rent Hotel Rosanna beach towels at reception and save space in your suitcase.

We offer half board (breakfast and dinner). For lunch there is the à la carte Smart Lunch with fresh, freshly made dishes, paid only if you decide to eat with us.

Dinner is served at the table with a choice of dishes: 2 courses from 5 first courses and 5 mains, always with meat and fish, plus a vegetable buffet and dessert.

Although we do not have a certified separate kitchen, our staff are trained to handle coeliac disease and other intolerances. We prepare dedicated dishes, with your products or ours, taking great care to avoid contamination. Let us know when you book.

By municipal ordinance dogs are not allowed under the umbrella on the private beach. They can walk along the seafront, and the Bau Bau Beach dog beach is very close.

The beach is 30 metres away and you do not have to cross any road to reach your umbrella: completely safe, especially for children.

Yes, we are 50 metres from Via Bafile, the pedestrian area for evenings out: close to the nightlife but quiet for sleeping.

There is a bus stop near the hotel. Take the bus to Punta Sabbioni and then the ferry straight to St Mark's Square: a scenic journey of about 45-50 minutes.
