Is beach service included in the price?
Yes, but only when booking directly. If you book through our website, via email, or by phone, 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers at our private beach are always included. Please note: If you book through external portals (like Booking.com or Expedia), beach service is not included and requires an extra fee.
What are the cancellation policies?
It depends on the rate you choose. The "Flexible" rate allows free cancellation up to a few days before arrival (please check the specific terms in your quote). The "Non-Refundable" rate offers a higher discount but does not allow for refunds.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Your room, parking spot, and beach place are available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10:00 AM.
Can I arrive before 1:00 PM?
Certainly! If your room is ready, we’ll give you the keys immediately. Otherwise, you can check in, park your car, leave your luggage at reception, and start your holiday at the beach or pool right away while we finish cleaning.
Is Late Check-out available (keeping the room longer)?
Late Check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure and carries an extra charge. Please ask at reception the night before!
🛎️ Arrival, Departure and Times
Is parking guaranteed for everyone?
Yes, one parking space per room is guaranteed. The parking is private and located either within the hotel grounds or in the immediate vicinity. Note: Being in the center of Jesolo, space is optimized. If you have a particularly large vehicle, you may be assigned a parking space outside the hotel property, subject to availability.
Is the pool suitable for children?
Yes. Our outdoor pool (14x7 m) features a gradual depth and a dedicated area where children can play safely. It is surrounded by a solarium with complimentary sun loungers.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, we offer a Hotel Rosanna Beach Towel rental service directly at the reception. Save space in your suitcase!

Do you offer Full Board or Half Board?
We offer the Half Board formula (Breakfast + Dinner). For lunch, we have introduced our new à la Carte Light Lunch: a flexible menu with fresh, made-to-order dishes. You only pay if you decide to stay, giving you maximum freedom.
What is served for dinner?
Dinner is served at the table with a choice of menu: you can select 2 main courses from 5 first courses (pasta/soups) and 5 second courses (meat and fish are always available), accompanied by a vegetable buffet and dessert.
I am celiac or have food intolerances. How do you handle meals?
Your safety is our priority. While we do not have a separate certified kitchen, our staff is trained to manage celiac disease and other intolerances. We prepare dedicated dishes (using your specific products or ours), paying maximum attention to cross-contamination. Please let us know when booking!
Are drinks included?
No, drinks during meals (water, wine, soft drinks) are not included and are paid for based on consumption.

What do you offer for young children's meals?
For dinner, we feature a dedicated Kids Menu. For infants and babies (weaning phase), we are more than happy to warm up your specific baby food or broths. We also offer the option to enter the dining hall slightly early, allowing you to feed your little ones in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere before the main service begins.
Do you have cribs or bed rails?
Yes, we provide travel cots and safety bed rails. Please request them at the time of booking (a small surcharge may apply).

Do you accept dogs? Are there any restrictions?
Yes, we are Pet Friendly! We welcome small and medium-sized dogs (with a daily supplement of €8 for extra cleaning). House Rules: Pets are allowed in your room, at the bar, in common areas, and poolside, but they are not permitted inside the restaurant.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
Due to local municipal regulations, dogs are not permitted under the umbrellas at our private beach. However, you can walk them along the paved promenade, and the famous "Bau Bau Beach" (a fully equipped beach dedicated to dogs) is located very close by.

How far is the beach? Do I have to cross any roads?
Just 30 meters away. It’s a very short stroll from the hotel to the sand. The best part? You don’t have to cross any roads to reach your reserved umbrella. Total safety, especially for children.
Are you close to the shopping street?
Yes, we are just 50 meters from Via Bafile (the evening pedestrian zone). Our location is perfect: close to the nightlife and shops, yet quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep.
How do I get to Venice from the hotel?
It’s very easy. The bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel. Take the bus to Punta Sabbioni, then catch the motorboat (ferry) that takes you directly to St. Mark’s Square. The journey takes about 45-50 minutes and is incredibly scenic!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards (Maestro), and cash (within legal limits). Note: We do not accept American Express or personal checks.
How much is the Tourist Tax?
It is a mandatory municipal tax to be paid directly at the hotel. The rate is €1.60 per person per night (for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights). Children under 10 years of age are exempt.
Can I request an invoice?
Certainly. If you require a tax invoice for your company, please provide us with your full billing details (VAT number and unique invoicing code/SDI) at check-in or via email prior to arrival, to speed up the process.

🚗 By Car: Take the A4 Motorway exit for Venezia-Mestre or Noventa di Piave. Follow signs for Lido di Jesolo -> Zona Centro / Piazza Marconi. On-site parking is available.
